NAPS2

NAPS2 (Not Another PDF Scanner 2) is a desktop document scanning application for Windows, with cross-platform support available in newer releases. It is used to scan paper documents from TWAIN- and WIA-compatible scanners and save them as PDF, TIFF, JPEG, PNG, or other image formats.

IT staff, office users, and home users commonly use it to create searchable or image-based PDFs from flatbed and document-feed scanners. A distinguishing trait is its straightforward batch-scanning workflow with per-profile settings, plus built-in OCR support for producing searchable PDFs.
